You understand that by using this site, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Taco be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via this site.
• If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Taco a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
• You grant Taco and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Taco for all claims resulting from content you supply.
• We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about this site, but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate you for them.
• You agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Transfer, posting and uploading of software, technology, and other technical data via the website may be subject to the export and import laws of the United States and other countries. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. In particular, you: (a) represent that you are not a party identified on any government export exclusion list, including but not limited to the U.S. Denied Persons, Entity, and Specially Designated Nationals Lists, nor will you transfer software, technology, and other technical data via the Taco website to parties identified on such lists; (b) agree not to use the Taco website for military, nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weaponry end uses in violation of U.S. export laws; (c) agree not to transfer, upload, or post via the Taco website any software, technology or other technical data in violation of U.S. or other applicable export or import laws.
• You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of an e-mail or other content. Taco reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
• You agree to indemnify and hold Taco and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the Taco website, your use of the Taco website, your connection to the Taco website, or your violation of any rights of another.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion or use of, or access to, the Taco website (including Content, advertisements and Software).
• Taco has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content.
• Taco has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Taco website (or any portion thereof) without prior notice. You agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions shall be made in Taco's sole discretion and that Taco shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination.
